SHIPPING
clean before use operates from Amsterdam, Netherlands, and ships using reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, and UPS.
Within the Netherlands, we use PostNL for shipping, which typically takes 1-3 days for delivery.
For orders within the EU, we use DHL Economy/Express, with a delivery time of 1-3 days.
For international shipments, we rely on UPS or DHL Express, which usually takes 2-7 days for delivery.
The shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package. Please note that for international deliveries, any additional taxes, customs, or import duties imposed by the customer’s local government are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. However, please be aware that clean before use will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit or upon delivery.
RETURNS
While we do not offer refunds, clean before use accepts returns for exchange and/or store credit within 7 days.
Please note that shipping and customs costs are not refundable.
If you choose to return an item, it must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and accompanied by the receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact us at please@cleanbeforeuse.nl before sending back the merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policy guidelines.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. Upon approval, the store credit will be issued in the form of a clean before use gift card, which has no expiration date.
